Campaign Story

My name is Melissa and I’m 41 years old. My husband and I were fortunate enough to afford a round of IVF with 3 normal embryos and 3 unsuccessful attempts at transfer cycles. With the help of a loan I was able to attempt a second try of egg retrieval and had 10 embryos sent for genetic testing and the results I received this last week of 10 genetically abnormal embryos all carriers of the 21st chromosome disorder known as Down syndrome. I was devastated, angry, heart broken and so very sad. After speaking with my doctor he suggested an egg donor. But the finances are completely wiped out. I need help and I will exhaust every option to make My dream of being a mom come true.
The money will go to buy the eggs from a donor egg bank, pay for the genetic testing with my husbands sperm, pay for the transfer into my uterus and pay for medications. Please help us make our dreams come true.
